As a longtime resident of Newton Viviana aims to be proficient with not only the town where she lives but with the surrounding towns and extended markets. Her portfolio includes all facets of the real estate industry, from residential sales and leasing to high end development.

After spending time on Martha’s Vineyard and working at one of the local banks and at a real estate office doing deed research she worked in the charter industry for a few years in the Caribbean. Viviana returned to Newton to raise her family and she has resided here ever since.

Viviana received a BS from Babson College in Business Management with concentrations in Finance, Investments and Economics. Viviana managed a marina and its properties in the Boston area before joining Fidelity Investments working in the acquisition of several businesses and data base conversions. She continued to work with their subsidiary company for a while and it became clear that Real Estate was her passion.

Viviana has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys working in a service industry. The combination of her education and professional background has served her well in the Real Estate Industry.
